Therapy that doesn’t always stay in the chair

Movement-Integrated Psychotherapy (MIP) is an experiential approach that intentionally incorporates movement into psychotherapy when it can help you better understand patterns involving emotion, avoidance, boundaries, confidence, connection, and the body.

This isn’t personal training, and you won’t be expected to complete a workout or perform at a certain level. Movement is used thoughtfully and collaboratively as part of therapy—and some sessions may involve no movement at all.

Curious if MIP could be a fit for you?

MIP is planned to begin November 2026.

Curious whether MIP might be a fit for you?

You don’t need to know in advance whether movement is something you want to use in therapy. We can talk about what you’re hoping to work on and decide together.

MIP is planned to begin in November 2026
