Registration #10480You might look like you have it together—but inside, things feel heavy, overwhelming, or stuck.
Maybe you’re overthinking everything, feeling disconnected, or struggling in your day-to-day life without fully understanding why.
You don’t have to navigate that alone.
Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in understanding your unique experiences.
We move at a pace that feels right for you, whether you’re processing past experiences, navigating current challenges, or working toward feeling more like yourself again.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to show up as you are.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist based in Hamilton & Brantford, working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and feeling disconnected from themselves.
My role is to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface—and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
I take a flexible, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices while tailoring sessions to your individual needs.
Like many people, I’ve experienced my own challenges—which allows me to sit with clients in a way that feels genuine, grounded, and human.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to get started.
