Hey, I’m Emma.

Therapy for when life has become something you’re getting through

“I believe meaningful therapy happens through authentic human connection. While therapy can involve difficult emotions and deeper exploration, it can also include moments of relief, humour, growth, and rediscovering parts of yourself that may have felt lost along the way.”

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist providing virtual therapy to adults across Ontario, with a focus on depression, persistent low mood, and complex emotional concerns.

I don't believe therapy is only about managing symptoms or talking through what happened that week. I'm interested in helping you understand what's shaping how you feel—your emotions, experiences, relationships, and the patterns you may not even realize are there.

Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and active. Some sessions may involve deeper emotional work. Others may focus on patterns you're noticing, experiences from your past, or what's happening in your life right now.

I draw from evidence-based and experiential approaches, tailoring therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit into one particular model.

Like many people, I’ve experienced my own challenges—which allows me to sit with clients in a way that feels genuine, grounded, and human.

Therapy can help us ask what it would take to feel more present in your own life. I’m here to explore that with you.
